What the project form collects

The form collects your name, contact details, service address, billing address if different, project description, measurements, timing, contact preference, uploaded photos, and consent to contact you. It also saves the preliminary labor range, its assumptions, and any optional AI photo review.

Project follow-up and Housecall Pro

Doug Does Anything uses these details to understand your project and prepare for an estimate visit. When the Housecall Pro connection is enabled, submitting the form sends your contact information and project notes to Housecall Pro, our customer management system. The notes include the planning price range, disclaimer, AI review if requested, and native estimate photo attachments when uploads complete. The submission receipt tells you whether delivery was confirmed. A submission does not book an appointment, authorize work, or sign you up for marketing.

Materials planning with Home Depot

Doug may use your name, service address and requested materials to label a job quote in the business Home Depot Pro Xtra account. Materials pricing uses a verified Lawnside store quote; your form submission does not place an order or make a payment. Your contact details and photos are not automatically sent to Home Depot by this website.

Optional AI photo analysis

AI analysis runs only when available and you agree to it and click “Review my photos.” The website sends your uploaded project photos, description, measurements, and selected project type to OpenAI to summarize visible details and suggest follow-up questions. Name, phone, email, and address fields are not included in this AI request; avoid adding those details to your project description or photos. Images are resized before upload. AI may make mistakes and cannot establish exact dimensions, hidden conditions, safety, or final pricing.

The site requests that the AI response not be stored as a retrievable response at OpenAI. This does not guarantee zero retention: OpenAI’s applicable API data policies may still allow temporary security and abuse-monitoring retention. The resulting project summary is saved with your request.

Employment applications

The careers form collects your name, contact details, general location, preferred role, availability, relevant skills, work history, interests, optional references and portfolio link, and your acknowledgement. We use this information to consider you for employment and contact you about opportunities. Only provide reference contact details with their permission. Do not include Social Security numbers, birth dates, medical details, criminal history, salary history, payment details, or identity documents.

Applications are stored with our website hosting service and are available in a protected owner workspace. We send the completed application to info@dougdoesanything.com through FormSubmit, which processes the answers for email delivery and states that it retains submissions for 30 days. Our business inbox is hosted by Google Workspace. Application copies in our website and email may remain until removed; contact us to request access, correction, or removal. See FormSubmit’s privacy terms. Employment applications are not sent to Housecall Pro or OpenAI, and we do not use AI to make hiring decisions.

Storage and access

Request details and photos are stored with the website hosting service. A secure browser cookie lets you reopen requests from the browser that submitted them. Doug can access all requests through a protected owner page. Housecall Pro receives customer details, draft estimates and project photos, and optional AI analysis uses OpenAI as described above. Access cookies are not used for advertising. Limited request counts help prevent abuse.

Copies retained in Housecall Pro or by service providers may require separate removal according to their retention practices. Do not submit payment information, private documents, or photos unrelated to the project.
