Help turn a homeowner’s to-do list into something they’re proud of. Join Doug Does Anything and bring your skills—or your willingness to learn—to the team.
Doug Does Anything helps homeowners across Camden County, Gloucester County, and nearby South Jersey communities care for and improve their homes. From painting and flooring to carpentry, repairs, and outdoor projects, the work is practical, personal, and varied.
Led by Doug Bankes, our approach starts with listening, talking through the work, and treating a customer’s home with care. We’re looking for people who want to bring that same thoughtfulness to the job.
HOW WE WORK TOGETHER
Craft matters. People do, too.
These are the values we’re building our team around—on the jobsite and beyond it.
01
Take pride in the details.
Good craftsmanship shows up in the preparation, the finish, and the way we leave a home. We care about doing the work well.
02
Be someone the team can count on.
Show up ready, communicate clearly, share what you know, and lend a hand. Every role matters to a good day’s work.
03
Keep learning.
Ask questions, build your skills, and stay open to better ways of working. Curiosity belongs on the jobsite.
04
Respect the home. Respect the people.
Listen to customers, protect their space, and treat teammates with the same care. A tidy, thoughtful jobsite matters.
05
Make room for life, too.
Work-life balance is part of the culture we want to build. Bring your schedule needs into the conversation so we can discuss a practical fit.
WE’RE HIRING

Two ways to make a difference. Tell us what you know, what you enjoy, and what you’d like to learn.
